iFixit has torn down Apple’s new releases which include the new iMac, Macbook and Mgaic Mouse.

Apple released iWork 09 Update 9.0.3. This update (about 60MB) addresses general compatibility issues, improves overall stability, updates the help, and fixes a number of other minor issues in Keynote, Pages, and Numbers. They include:

Silicon Alley Insider has reported that the Social Networking service Loopt, has entered a partnership with AT&T, which will permit the company to monitor a user’s location (With Permission), after installing the Loopt application on the iPhone. Apple will be hosting a media event on September the 9th. The event is themed/uses a tag line from a Rolling Stones song. The media event is music focused so it means  new iPods.

iPhoto 8.1 has just been released, with a massive 170mb download required to update it. What makes the update so large, is that it’s packed with many new features, with the most useful being a Christmas card maker. You can download the update through Software Update.
