It’s offical that Apple has released new iPods today, with updates to the Nano, and Touch. The iPod Nano has recieved the majority of updates, with the small device now supporting a Video Camera(Note, the video camera can’t take pictures), FM Radio, Microphone, a supposedly larger screen, as well as an inbuilt pedometer, and a slightly different interface. The 5th Gen iPod Nano will come in 9 differnt colors, and have two different sizes, the 8GB and the 16GB. Pricing for the new Nanos will remain the same as their last generation counterparts, with the 16GB Nano being marginally cheaper than it’s older cousin.

However, on the other hand, the iPod Touch hasn’t received  as big an update. The iPod Touch didn’t have the much anticipated video camera update, rather being equipped with a better CPU for gaming, and having it’s storage space

doubled. The 16GB has been turned into 32GBs, and the 32GB iPod touch has been converted into a massive 64GB. The pricing for the iPod Touch, 3rd Generation is also expected to be marginally cheaper than it’s older counterparts.
