2009 Free Picture Editing Software

It’s 2009 and there is whole lot of picture and videos hosting services. Well we would like to share some image editing software that it’s free for Mac, Linux and Windows users.

Our favorite picks:

GIMP – Gimp is really great and also advanced image editing software that you can use on any operating system. Our favorite!

Picasa – Google most downloaded software is picasa and why? Because it’s free and can be used on Linux, Mac or Windows.

Paint.Net – Ah its ok, if you don’t like Gimp or Picasa Paint.net is pretty useful for fixing and editing pictures. Did you know that this tool was used by Washington State Uni? ..

There is also other software that you can use but these three above are the most downloaded and popular for past 5 years including 2009!
