New iPhone parts already begun shipping?

A couple of new reports from Taiwan-based component suppliers suggest that Apple has already started mobilizing parts for the next iPhone. The new iPhone is expected to begin shipping in June.

Also, DigiTimes claims that Apple has already placed orders for 100 million 8 Gigabit NAND Flash chips from Samsung Electronics.

Previous leaks have suggested that the next iPhone will include WiFi draft-n, an FM transmitter and a 3.2/5 megapixel camera with autofocus.
