BlockBuster Lost Customers And Netflix Gained

Blockbuster just recently changed their policy and we think, that strategy hurt them badly consumer wise. Netflix on the other hand gained customers primarily from Blockbuster. At blockbuster now you can rent 3 movies and exchange 5 movies in store BUT you can only get the next movie shipped when you returned all movies that you got from store. That means if you for example rent 1 movie online and you exchange that movie in store , they will not ship you the next movie until you don’t return the in store exchange and that my friends

can take 1 week 2 weeks or longer since Blockbuster removed the late fee charge. (Trust me there is always late fee)

The reason why netflix has more viewers is because people are able to watch unlimited movies online, and cost about $10 less than BlockBuster
