New BlockBuster Return Policy Sucks

I am big fan of BlockBuster but this time I might think of switching to NetFlix. Why? BlockBuster changed their return policy and to be honest it sucks.

Basically before I could have 3 movies (online rented) and 5 movies in-store exchange. Then I return my online movies and get new ones 2 days later.

NOW: If I have 2 movies at home (online rented) and go exchange for in-store 2 movies, they will NOT ship the next online rented movies until I don’t return in-store movies. So If I have in-store movie which is 7 day rental and leave it 7 days sitting around , i’ll get my online

rental on day 9!

The only thing that still draws me not to swtich to NetFlix is the price. For $19 I can get unlimited online rental (3 at the time) + 5 in-store free exchanges.
