Last FM pissed off because of TechCrunch

Last FM is  pissed off about TechCrunch post (here) because they wrote how Last.FM is providing data to RIAA post (here). What can I say? This does not surprise me that stuff like this come from TC Authors, yet again you never know what is really happening in the Last.FM background. I think even if Last.FM is providing data to RIAA , we would already know about it with ‘facts’.
