Google Latitude Launched and Soon On G1 iPhone and BlackBerry

Google is introducing Latitude with latitude you can see where your friends are, send quick sms and yes still maintain your privacy.

Best thing is that latitude will be offered on G1 soon with the RC33 or what they call it Maps v3.0 which is going to be released from Feb 5th to Feb 15th but that’s not all read more..

- Android-powered devices with Maps v3.0 and above. Currently, only G1 users in the US will be receiving Maps v3.0 in a system update soon.
- iPhone and iPod touch devices with the Google Mobile App and OS v2.2 and above (Coming soon to the US)
- Most color BlackBerry devices
- Most Windows Mobile devices with Windows Mobile 5.0 and above. Note: Not all Windows Mobile devices support cell-ID location detection.
- Most Symbian S60 devices
