SocialMedian Acquired for $4 Mil by Xing

German based company xing bought SocialMedian for $4 Mill. plus some more extra bonuses like stock etc which comes out to $7.5 Mil. SocialMedian is great startup I started using since day one Jason Goldberg was really supportive all the time via twitter or email. I hope the site will stay positive as is. I get about 10-20 followers on SocialMedian even though I am only a reader not clipper tho.
