Its not the fact that i have two organizations per contact, but because one of them had "other" instead of "work". You will get this error if you make any contact and add 1 or more organizations and select "other" instead of "work" and add their company and position. The problem lies with how the G1/android syncs with your gmail account. In your phone, you have the ability to add more than one organization to your contacts, but when you create contacts online you only get one organization per contact, so when you sync up a contact with multiple organizations to ur gmail account u get the android.process.acore error and if u have it on auto then it will randomly crash and you won't know why.
