android.process.acore problem fixed on Android
I had this weird error on my G1 android.process.acore and it was anyoing because each time you click force to close that app it will pop-up over and over again. Here is the fix!
(THIS WILL REMOVE ALL APPS BUT NOT YOUR PIX AND MUSIC!!)
Slide open keyboard
Press Alt and L at the same time you will get a screen with some options listed
Press Alt and W at the same time to wipe device to factory reset
Once it is finished press home and back key at the same tim
Remove the battery
Reinsert the battery
This will wipe your device to factory reset and should fix your issue… You will need to log in to your gmail account like you initially did.
Thanks to T-Mobile Support!

I had the same problem… i figured out why i was getting it though. was real annoying because it would quit me out of any app i was using. The problem lies with how the G1/android syncs with your gmail account. In your phone, you have the ability to add more than one organization to your contacts, but when you create contacts online you only get one organization per contact, so when you sync up a contact with multiple organizations to ur gmail account u get the android.process.acore error and if u have it on auto then it will randomly crash and you won’t know why. To fix for now, just use one organization per contact.

Actually, upon further investigation… Its not the fact that i have two organizations per contact, but because one of them had “other” instead of “work”. You will get this error if you make any contact and add 1 or more organizations and select “other” instead of “work” and add their company and position.
