Guest Post by Melissa: Apple has sent out yet another email to its MobileMe subscribers, offering another 60 days free. This brings the total free extension of service to 3 months for MobileMe subscribers. Apple claims that it is offering the extension as a thanks to its customers for being patient with the service’s rocky launch and problems since launch. Anyone who has an active MobileMe account as of midnight PST August 19, 2008 is eligible for the 60-day extension, including those in the free trial period.
Good for business, or Apple doing a CYA?
