Looks like non popular website Social.FM which received 5 millions in fund from Norwest Venture Partners is done. Message displayed? on their website “We regret to inform you and apologize for this inconvenience, but Social.fm will be shutting down the system on July 31st, 2008,” thanks to (GigaOM who first reported.)
