Google Launched Knol Wikipedia Style

Google launched Knol which could possibly be competitor to Wikipedia. Knol is known as online publishing website where registered users can publish information about anything they like. I wonder why they didn’t registered googpedia or googlepedia because knol to me looks like some random 4 letter domain name because 3 letter domains are already taken and cost a lot of money. I just hope that google will not have any problems with company called Knology, Inc which stock market name is “nasdaq:knol”.
