Apple anounced their first 2008 quarter revenue results today, I knew they are going to make a lot of revenue but that much? No!. Selling MacBook Pro, Mac Air and then on top of that iPhone , no wonder they made 1.07 Billion dollars in revenue from April to June!.
CUPERTINO, California?January 22, 2008?Apple? today announced financial results for its fiscal 2008 first quarter ended December 29, 2007. The Company posted revenue of $9.6 billion and net quarterly profit of $1.58 billion, or $1.76
per diluted share. These results compare to revenue of $7.1 billion and net quarterly profit of $1 billion, or $1.14 per diluted share, in the year-ago quarter. Gross margin was 34.7 percent, up from 31.2 percent in the year-ago quarter. International sales accounted for 45 percent of the quarter?s revenue.
