Comcast Internet Restriction

Comcast wants to place internet restriction to customers that use a lot of bandwith by slowing their internet speeds down. How fair is that? I understand that figting illegal file sharing is hard, but slowing down or shutting down internet is not going to resolve the issue. If my ISP shuts my internet down, It would “force” me to use my neighbors wifi which is open.

Whats going on with this world? Corps and Govs just keep on blocking, banning stuff that people like to do. I wonder whats next?
