This morning when I woke up  I noticed Windows Vista SP1 update was pushed for Automatic Updates. So here are some highlights and changes on Windows Vista Service Pack 1.

Changes, Improvements, And Enhancements

They added bunch of Hardware Supports and Enhancements, support for x64bit of MSDASQL, Direct3D® 10.1 with API support, exFAT, high density drives, MPEG-2 decoder

Reliability Improvements

They say it’s going to be more stable , with less win crashes. (Will see about that)

I could go on and on because they really did nice job of improving stuff that was needed, just like in Windows XP SP1 remember?

So please go ahead and read this Microsoft Article which explains all features and enhancements
