From all sweet things that was talked about iPhone at WWDC 2008. I was really hoping Steve will say something about Ipod Touch. How about integrating camera on Ipod Touch? Ipod Touch has pictures storage yet does not have build in camera?

Yes we do need this. I use Brightkite and don’t have a cameraphone!
