Comodo Free Firewall Software - Has good rating overall by websites like cnet or PCWorld etc. They also provide plus edition just like any other free firewalls.

PC Tools Free Firewall Software - Also rated by PCWorld supports Windows Vista and Windows 2003. Nothing much to say about it except that it protects you better then your router and xp/vista firewall together!

Ashampoo Free Firewall Software - Not bad software but to be honest links above beat Ashampoo in any aspect. Yet don’t forget it’s free !
