AVG Free AntiVirus Software - This free antivirus software is one of the most popular on internet, I use to have it before and I love the way scans and removes viruses, malware and spyware. Downside of AVG Free Antisoftware is scanning takes soooo long. I had 120gb hard drive which was only 30gb used and AVG took about 2.5 hours to scan it.

Avast Free Antivirus Software - Avast is also popular by scanning files faster yet it can’t do everything AVG software does. Its free tho! You can also get Avast professional which is good too.

AntiVIR Free Antivirus Software - Offers more protection then the two above, has also build in firewall which comes handy if you have none.

ClamWin Free Antivirus Software - Open Source Free Antivirus under GPL (General Public Licence) is also avaliable for all Windows Operating System yes even Vista that we all hate

MWAV Free Antivirus Software - Vista 64 bit supported Antivirus offers great virus protection and lots of features you can setup.
