For past few months I am trying to login to MSN Hotmail account to check my mail, each time I enter my password I got password incorrect! I thought at first I really mistype password but then figure it out it’ was not my fault.
I called hotmail technical support, they said it had something to do with Ffox. And then I got email from Tier 3 representative stating that its on their end and that my account should be working now fine.
Few weeks later found my problem isn’t resolved yet.
I still get this message
You are temporarily on the classic version of Windows Live Hotmail due to an error encountered during login. Before trying again, please clear your cache and cookies.
Thanks god I am not using my hotmail account that is 10years old at all time. I would go nuts!
Is anyone else having same issues?

I’ve been having similar issues with hotmail for some time now, where it just doesn’t seem to want to connect the first time when using Firefox – often have to click on links twice to get them to work. Finally, out of desperation, and the need to check my email, I reluctantly launched ie and it worked for a couple of days, but now I’m getting a message saying that I don’t have an account, and asks if I would like to create one. I’m very close to ditching my long time (almost 10 year) association with hotmail. Gmail has been working fine, so will likely just use that account.
@Buzz Stern: I totally agree! I started forwarding all emails from hot. to gmail just because I have to OPEN all emails in order to have it checked as “read” hate that! I get 200 emails a day or more…
i have a problem that i dont remember my password neither the secret answer y send a comment to hotmail feedback but i havent heard from them .i since this is personal i would lov u to send me at list a way of how to get into my accouant my other email ad is greenojasos@yahoo.com thanks
@pat: In your situation I would contact msn support they will help you in less then 24h
I am really pissed as i have been out of contact due to hotmail !!!! snail mail !! not allowing m access after 9 yrs of use , i have mail but cannot access my account to retrieve it !!!

I have a feeling that I’ve got neighbours the are breaking privacy laws
and because of this they have hacked the router system that me and my boyfriend share between our 4 in home computers, our network has a 16 digit encryption code that they are illegally using, 1) how do I stop this? 2) how do I log on to my person computer so there is no remote access 3) what systems can I enable to protect my information, as I am running 3 of my own business’ 4) most importantly how do I stop my files from being copied.?

1. Just change the wep key and put mac filtering on to allow only access from allowed mac addresses (please consult your router manufa)
2.This depends on what kind of Operating System you have.(Can’t answer)
3.Get Firewall and Antivirus software (That will be enough for now)
4.Make sure you don’t have viruses (scan your pc with antivirus), make sure you have firewall.
I TOUGHT THAT WAS ONLY ME WITH THE PROBLEM TO DIAL TWICE PASSWORD. IT HAPPENED SINCE SEVERAL MONTHS AGO.
NOW, 3 DAYS AGO, FOR A MOMENT TO ANOTHER, THIS STOP TO HAPPEN, AND WHEN I DIAL ONCE, MY HOTMAIL OPEN NORMALY.
SOMEONE CAN TELL ME WHY IT HAPPENED?

This happens everyday, everytime for me. For a while I thought, God how can type that wrong everytime I sign in, then I did some control tests, and yes the first try never works, second try works every time.
I have been having the same problems. The first log in works sometimes. If not the second usually works but occassionally I cannot log in at all – even with the correct password. I thought it was a temporary problem but i guess not if its been going on this long. It really upsets me that I pay the fee for the premium service and cannot call and talk to someone when Microsoft’s system is having problems preventing me from accessing my email which I depend on.

i have changed my password and when i log out the changed password is not working nighter the old password. what i do when i give the secret question answer then the messege apper that ( you have enterd the worng password too many time and your account is temporly unavalible what should i do i have many imprtant email there in which some are my addmission letters from sweden. plz help me any msn contact email any so i can talk or mail to them.
I have the same problem but only on my machien at work the same as Hendry firt time msn messenger or msn hot mail says cannot connect pword or user name incottect but it isnt i hit retry and it goes in It is driving me mad WHERE CAN I PLEASE FIND A ANSWER also my hotmail i have to tryp a quic shot mail or it will say return to inbox when I try to send and when i do I cannot resend and tthen have to retype the entire mail because its lost grrr it seems to tim e out in seconds!!!
