Flickr and Yahoo Back in Video Business

Flickr will now support also videos and not just pictures. There is over 40 million visitors a month and 2 billion pictures on flickr. Yahoo gave thumbs up for flickr to include video sharing.
Here are few words from the big dog of Flickr.

Kakul Srivastava, general manager of Flickr at Yahoo said about the announcement: “Video on Flickr is an extension of what Flickr is already doing with more than 2 billion photos stored worldwide – providing a place where people capture and share life’s daily moments.”

Just don’t tell me you didn’t know Flickr was Yahoo’s baby?
