Looks like japanese ISPs will ban people that share illegal files from having internet. I use to work for Cable Company in USA and disconnect peoples internet after the 3rd offense.

So how to be safe from your ISP not to ban you sharing pictures, videos and whatever files on internet?

You are allowed to Download but you are not allow to share so next time dont share anything that is illegal, thats how you minimize from being caught from your ISP in USA.

I don’t know how japanese isp’s are going to do this except using Red Flag software that informs them about “someone” that has been sharing a lot of files.

Also to let you know software companies and movie companies are the worst. I use to get at least 50 emails a day from them about somebody “sharing” movies and software that they shouldn’t suppose to.
