Why would Microsoft first buy Yahoo for 44 billions that already have Live Streaming functionality? And on top of that buying Ustream for $50 Million dollars. (I still don’t get it)

How many non savy internet users will fist type usteam.com instead .tv ?
All of my ustream friends that signed before me, said same thing. They registered and forget about it.
Why Bill Gates is not buying stickam.com, blog.tv or justin.tv? Which in my opinion are far better then ustream.tv

Microsoft they are getting ustream.tv because of its technology and brand ustream.tv has got. They want to incoperate it their business products. Can you imagine the cooperate world & business leaders using Justin.tv for web conferences and seminars? I doubt that. Blog.tv & Justin.tv they are strictly for the youth…as for getting .com or .net just look at the tremendous success of last.fm or justin.tv, if u really got a big brand it doesnt matter coz soon the cybersquatters would eventually give in. Last.com & last.net, ustream.com & ustream.net, justin.com are held by cybersquatters
